I am always listening, learning, and seeking out ways to add value and support my teams in any way possible. There is no shortage of inspiration when you are always conjuring up new ways to be valuable. Consuming knowledge from books and articles also keeps me focused on blooming where I am and integrating what I learn to improve in my life and in my role at Tria. For me, finding purpose is easy when you are passionate about what you do and you actually love it.
I am a strong advocate for intentional personal connection by getting to know more about my team beyond their role and seeking opportunities to engage, collaborate, support, and empower each other. I am a huge proponent of cameras on leadership; I value seeing people's faces and fully engaging with colleagues and using that to fuel collaboration.
I am a solopreneur nutritionist, personal trainer, and cycle and bootcamp instructor, and I love nurturing that side of me. Having overcome struggles with my own health and fitness, I have found it very cathartic to give back and help people from all walks of life to improve their health from the inside out.

Once upon a time, I was a recording artist. Although I was not a widely known name in the industry, I was invited by the Italian government of Sicily to perform on a 10-day winter tour around the country. I loved every minute of being asked for my autograph for 10 days straight. One day, my dream is to step back on stage and use my voice again, not for fame but the pure enjoyment of doing something that comes naturally to me.
I am excited to be working alongside and supporting my leader, building our Agile Practice, supporting our Scrum Masters, facilitating SAFe training, and supporting Agile execution across the organization. I love where I am today, working with our business partners and our product and development teams. I would love to spend more time continuing to develop and expand my knowledge in Agile coaching, facilitation, and becoming an effective SAFe Practice Consultant.
