Brian Wagner

Brian Wagner brings two decades of award-winning communications, marketing, and policy experience to Tria Federal. As Vice President, Marketing & Communications, he works to mature and build awareness of the Tria brand, partners with business leaders to drive revenue growth, and collaborates with human resources to bolster Tria's award-winning company culture.

Wagner previously served as Head of Communications, U.S. Government, at Maxar Intelligence. Before joining Maxar, he was Senior Director, Corporate Communications at Peraton, and President of ScoutComms, a veteran-owned small business. He received his MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and his B.A. from Columbia University. He currently serves as a public affairs officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve, holding the rank of lieutenant commander, and is an Afghanistan veteran.

Sean Vineyard

Sean Vineyard has nearly two decades of experience as a risk management, financial management, and management advisory professional. He is a Senior Leader, an educator, and a published author in the risk, financial management, and human capital fields of practice.

As Senior Vice President of Growth Operations, Vineyard plays a significant role in advancing Tria's service offerings and expanding Tria's presence across target customers. Prior to joining Tria's legacy company in August 2022, Vineyard was a Partner at 11th Hour Service supporting the development and implementation of corporate strategy. His technical experience has been concentrated in Federal Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program development, financial statement and performance audits, and audit readiness.

Andrew Hand

As Senior Vice President of Public Safety, Andrew Hand leads Tria Federal's mission-critical work supporting agencies including the Department of Defense, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Justice.

With more than 15 years of experience supporting Department of Defense and federal government clients, Andrew brings deep expertise in delivery operations, agile integration, strategic planning, and growth. Prior to this role, Andrew served as Vice President of Growth & Strategy at Softrams, a Tria Federal Company, where he helped steer strategic initiatives and expand into new accounts.

Bryce Golwalla

Bryce Golwalla is the Senior Vice President for Tria's Public Health business unit. He takes pride in applying lessons learned and experience to deliver extraordinary value to Tria's federal customers. He was previously Chief Strategy Officer of Softrams, a Tria Federal Company, and has also worked as a program manager at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Chris Katkocin

With two decades of expert knowledge in strategic planning, management solutions and operational management, Chris Katkocin supports clients by leveraging his unique skillsets. As Senior Vice President of Tria's Military and Veteran Health business, Mr. Katkocin is responsible for day-to-day business operations, new business development, client and partner relationship management, staff development and back-office operations.

Mr. Katkocin's past experiences include six years as the Chief Operating Officer for Federal Advisory Partners. Prior to that, he was a Deputy Director at Altarum where he managed the majority of the Veterans Health Administration portfolio. He holds a Masters of Business Administration with a healthcare concentration from The George Washington University and maintains his status as a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Diana Ceban

A results-driven operations leader, Diana Ceban excels in driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic innovation. With a strong background in health markets and government contracting, she has successfully generated growth and led transformative initiatives across organizations of all sizes.

As Executive Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Market Expansion, Diana focuses on deepening Tria's relationships with clients and partners while positioning the company for strategic pursuits and expansion into new markets.

Before joining Tria, Ceban held key positions in health IT, background investigations, and market intelligence. Most recently, as Vice President and Health Market Leader at SAIC, she oversaw the Health division, supporting VA, the Military Health System, and HHS. She is a recipient of multiple FedHealthIT 100 awards and was inducted into the FedHealthIT Hall of Fame.

Murali Mallina

As CTO, Mallina leads Tria Labs, Tria's technology innovation group, in developing and testing emerging technologies and ushering ideas through independent R&D and rapid prototyping. He also directs Tria's eight technical practice areas: Agile, AI, Cloud, Data, Human Experience (HX), Quality, Salesforce and Security.

The former CTO of Softrams, a Tria Federal company, Mallina joined Tria's technology leadership team after Softrams was acquired in November 2024. He brings more than 25 years of experience in developing transformative software solutions, leading high-performing teams, and driving innovation across government and commercial sectors.

‍

Mallina's specialized experience includes designing scalable cloud solutions, pioneering serverless architectures, and delivering enterprise level AI and machine learning applications that support mission critical systems.

Larry Bradshaw

Larry brings more than 25 years of experience in key finance roles for large federal services, products, and solutions organizations to his role as Chief Financial Officer. As Tria's CFO, Larry is responsible for financial management functions including finance and accounting, financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis.

Before joining Tria, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance for BlueHalo, where he led the Financial Planning & Analysis, Program Control and Pricing functions. Prior to this role, Larry served as the Vice President for Financial Planning & Analysis for Serco N.A. He also spent 13 years at SAIC in a variety of financial leadership roles.

Larry earned an MBA from University of Maryland, College Park, and a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Ray Khuo

Ray Khuo is a strategic human capital business leader with 30 years of experience successfully aligning the direction of human resources and talent acquisition with corporate missions and objectives. He has achieved proven success in large and complex integrations by forging partnerships across organizations that establish best practices.

Before joining Tria, Khuo held various strategic positions in large and small organizations, most recently serving as the Chief Human Capital Officer at BlueHalo, where he helped successfully execute 13 merger and acquisition transactions and 20 company integrations. He was recognized with a CHRO of the Year award from HRO Today.

‍

Khuo received a bachelor's degree in psychology from George Mason University and belongs to the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Atchut Kanthamani

As Tria's President, Atchut Kanthamani oversees the company's business growth and technology innovation teams. Kanthamani's career spans over two decades in the technology industry, working in the public and private sector.

After realizing the limitations of traditional government contracting practices, Atchut founded Softrams, a Tria Federal Company, as a mission-first organization that directly benefits millions of Americans by providing federal agencies with innovative services and solutions. When Softrams was acquired by Tria Federal in November 2024, Kanthamani joined Tria's leadership team.

Since starting the federal contracting journey in 2015, his leadership and focus on innovation cultivated Softrams' exponential growth from a small business into a leading digital services company in the government contracting space, winning federal contracts collectively valued (TCV) at $1.2 billion in less than 10 years, while providing critical support to CMS, DOL, USDA, GSA, and USCIS.

In guiding one of the premier middle-market Technology and Advisory Services provider to the federal market, Tim's focus is to drive organic and inorganic expansion, while balancing this growth with an "Employer of Choice" culture.

Tim is a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute, in addition to being a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional through the Healthcare Financial Management Association. He holds a master of business administration from the State University of New York, Empire State College and received his bachelor of science degree in business administration, with a concentration in economics, from Nazareth University.

Rajiv Uppal
Read Bio

Rajiv Uppal is the former Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and former CIO and Director of the Office of Information Technology at the Centers for Medicare &Medicaid Services (CMS). Across both agencies, he led mission-critical technology modernization initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, strengthening cybersecurity, modernizing enterprise infrastructure, and enhancing service delivery at national scale.

‍

During his tenure at CMS, Uppal led the agency’s enterprise technology transformation supporting the Medicare and Medicaid programs. He modernized core IT infrastructure, spearheaded the migration of more than 120 mission-critical systems to secure cloud environments, and advanced the use of AI and automation to improve operational performance and Medicare claims processing.

Sonny Hashmi

Sonny Hashmi is the former Commissioner of the General Services Administration’s Federal Acquisition Service and former Chief Information Officer (CIO) at GSA, where he led large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiatives across the federal government. During his tenure at GSA, Hashmi led strategies that expanded the agency’s acquisition and technology portfolio while advancing modernization initiatives focused on cybersecurity, cloud transformation, supply chain resiliency, and digital services.

Hashmi currently serves as Head of Global Public Sector at MaintainX. He also serves as a Strategic Advisor to Unqork and Govly and as an Advisory Principal at Deep Water Point & Associates, where he advises organizations on public sector growth, technology modernization, and strategic market engagement. He has also held leadership roles across the private sector, including positions at Unqork, Box, IBM, and Xerox.

Jennifer “Jenni” Main is the former Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). With leadership experience spanning federal government and the private sector, she is widely recognized for leading enterprise transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, financial management, acquisition, and organizational modernization.

During her time at CMS, Main led agency-wide transformation efforts to streamline operations, improve transparency, modernize acquisition processes, and strengthen enterprise performance management. She also previously served as COO and CFO of AmalgamRx, where she helped lead operational and financial strategy for the healthcare technology company for nearly five years. Main currently serves as CFO of Certuma and Overture Life.
